PRICING ERRORS


AirBoss RC is not responsible in the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers.

We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

​

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse sales and service to any order at any time. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

CREDIT CARD DECLINED


In the event that your credit card is declined please try again as most declines are often the result of a miskeyed credit card number, name or expiration date.

Credit Card companies are now more strictly monitoring credit card activity especial for Internet transactions. In some cases, your credit card company might put a freeze on your account if your transactions are out of the ordinary. This is especially true for some Internet transaction that are out of the ordinary. If you feel this is the case, simply call the number on the back of your credit card and let them know you are placing an order with AirBoss RC over the Internet.

Some credit card companies are also requiring that your shipping/billing information match exactly your credit card billing address. In some cases this might trigger an alarm flag by your credit card company and cancel your transaction and put a freeze on your account. To overcome this, again contact your credit card company and let them know what you are wanting to do. These precautions have saved consumers millions in fraudulent activity and help you have better peace of mind!

USE OF COUPONS

​

AirBoss RC may occasionally offer coupons and discounts at AIRSHOWS, FLY-INS, at other events, in magazines or by email. These Coupons will allow customers to purchase items at additional savings. If you do not have a coupon code or have a coupon we do not send them out on request. Please sign up for our NEWSLETTER and you will then be able to take advantage of future savings when they are announced.

PACKING RETURNS


Once you have received a confirmation for return by AirBoss RC we will then send you detailed instructions for how to return your item back to us. Failure to follow all or part of these instructions may forfeit you from receiving an exchange or a refund.

Please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing or if items are not packed properly during shipping back to us.

​

Packing your item for return: Just because you are returning an item to us doesn’t mean you should neglect packing. Failure to package all or part of your item properly for return shipping may forfeit you getting an exchange or a refund. You the customer are entirely responsible for return shipping to us as well as items lost or damaged in transit.

Missing Parts: If you fail to inform us when filing for a return that there are some parts missing before shipping, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange for you, No EXCEPTIONS!

Copy of Invoice: Please include a copy of your sales invoice and write what is wrong or why you are returning your product. Also include a copy of the return approval confirmation email we sent you.

Your Responsibility: All items, manuals and accessories that came with your product must be in its original compartment and or wrapping securely within the box with tape if needed. If items, manuals and accessories are not securely placed within the box, resulting in damage to your returning item, You will be held responsible for any damages and it may forfeit in you getting reimbursement, refund or exchange.

ITEM WITH DEFECTIVE PARTS


If your item(s) contain(s) defective parts or is not operating correctly, please contact us immediately. AirBoss RC may at our discretion issue a partial/full refund, fix the problem or do an exchange. Some items must be returned to the manufacturer directly by the customer for warranty repairs/coverage. Please email us with your concern so we many best assist you!


What if my item is missing parts?

Inspect your order as soon as your receive it. If your item(s) contains missing parts, please contact us immediately. AirBoss RC will issue a refund, do an exchange or mail you the missing parts. Any claims for missing products must be filed/reported to us within 7 days from delivery of product, No exceptions.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?

​

If your item has been damaged in shipping, please refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the item and realized that the item has been damaged after you have opened the shipping package, please contact us immediately. AirBoss RC will file the claim and once filed we will either send you a replacement or issue you a refund. Any claims for damaged products must be filed with us within 7 days from delivery of product, No exceptions.


What is the return policy?

AirBoss RC knows you will be satisfied with your purchase. In the event a return is necessary please keep in mind our return policy is simple! A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. We will accept any items ordered from AirBoss RC within 15 days of your receipt of your package ONLY if the following conditions are met:

​

  • Item(s) are in their original packaging. Any form of assembly, painting or alteration of the item or cut packaging is considered to be used and non-returnable (excluding opening outer shipping carton/box). If the product in question meets these requirements, a refund, minus original shipping cost and restocking fee will be refunded to the customer’s payment account.

  • If your item has been opened and/or factory seals (Plastic casing or boxing) has been broken or cut, a refund will not be issued. If your items is wrapped in foam and plastic bags, you must be able to return it in like new, wrapped and bagged condition. All items must be in brand new and resaleable condition. No exceptions.

  • If you simply do not like the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s), or it just wasn’t what you expected and the factory seals and/or boxing have not been broken, or if you can properly repack the entire product to NEW resaleable condition then a refund can be issued, minus original shipping cost and minus the 12% restocking fee.

  • Hazardous materials (Like Paint and Glues) will NOT be accepted back as a return.

 

Final Approval:

  • Final approval of any return is based on final review by AirBoss RC

  • Final approval of any refund or exchange is based on final inspection from AirBoss RC .

  • In some cases such as damaged items we may request photos and/or video to be emailed to us first for approval.

 

ORDER NOTIFICATIONS

AirBoss RC will keep you informed as much as possible. You will receive an automated receipt for your order. You will also be contacted in the following situations:

You will automatically be sent an order confirmation email briefly after you submit your order. If you have not received this email, please contact us to verify that the order has been placed or the correct email address was entered.


If there are any issues with your billing and/or shipping address.


If any products in your order are out of stock and/or discontinued.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (UPS or FedEx) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the USA)


At our discretion we will ship most .40 and .60 size models, parts, engines and accessories to all parts of the world.


We reserve the right to refuse the sale and shipment of any products to any destination.


Handling fees for shipping to Canada and other worldwide destinations do apply.


Shopping cart only functions and calculates shipping within the continental USA. If you would like to place an order for International Shipping please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us a request for the Products you are wanting to order.

  2. Please include your Full Name, Shipping Address how it should appear on the shipping label and Contact Phone # for home, work and/or cell.

  3. We will check exact stock for you and reply with an estimated invoice for the items you are wanting to order.

  4. AirBoss RC will issue you an invoice which you will need to pay online.

  5. Once payment is received we will email you confirmation and shipping information.

PROCESSING TIME

​

AirBoss RC strives to process all orders received by 3:00 PM CST within 24hrs and ship out the same day or within 1-3 days (excluding holidays and weekends).

​

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed on the next day of business. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries available. Orders purchased on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.


Any considerations on orders containing adhesives and paints?

​

No hazardous materials can be shipped outside the continental United States or Canada. If shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 States only), certain adhesives and paints will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground, and usually take a total of 5-10 business days.


How AND when will my order be shipped?

​

AirBoss RC utilizes various shipping companies to deliver your order such as: USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, quantity and destination of your order. You may review your shipping charges prior to completing the entire checkout process.

​

Most packages are shipped from a distribution warehouse within 1-3 business days of your order. Saturdays and Sundays as well as Holidays are excluded as business days. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

​

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY


Although infrequent, please keep in mind that product availability may change when ordering multiples of an item, and that sudden demand for an item can have an effect on its availability. We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order become immediately unavailable.

SALES TAX


Orders shipped within the State of Texas are subject to the sales tax rate of 8.25%.

VISITING OUR WAREHOUSE


For the security of our warehouse facility and operations, we do not allow customers to stop by and pickup products. You may order your products and have them delivered in a very efficient method.

CUSTOMERS MUST BE at least 18 years of age or older to purchase items on our website.
